• Account management and authentication
• Data import, processing, and export within individual tools
• Platform hosting and maintenance

3. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell, redistribute, or exploit the Platform without our written permission
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without prior written approval
• Interfere with the proper operation of the Platform or any tool within it

5. Data Disclaimer

Data accessed through individual POC tools comes from publicly available sources and may be processed using AI-assisted methods. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through the Platform. Data should be used for benchmarking, exploratory, and informational purposes only. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data.

6. Intellectual Property

Public Data: Data sourced from public records or third-party APIs remains the property of its respective owners. We do not claim ownership of publicly sourced data.

Platform Content: The platform design, tool interfaces, extraction methodologies, and proprietary logic are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

9. Indemnification
